🌟 Support Worker

Make a Difference That Lasts

At Project @ 43, we believe every young person deserves someone who believes in them.

We don't just provide accommodation—we provide safety, encouragement and the support young people and families need to build brighter, more independent futures.

We're looking for compassionate, reliable and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team in Margate.

Every day is different. One minute you could be helping a young person learn to budget or cook their first meal independently. The next, you could be supporting a parent to build confidence in caring for their child, helping someone attend college, or celebrating a milestone they never thought possible.

If you're looking for a career where your work genuinely changes lives, we'd love to hear from you.

đź’ś About Project @ 43

Project @ 43 is an Ofsted-regulated provider of semi-independent supported accommodation for young women aged 16+, alongside parent and child and family placements.

We also specialise in supporting unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC) and young people in local authority care or leaving care.

Our trauma-informed team provides personalised support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, helping young people and families develop the confidence, resilience and practical life skills needed to achieve positive, independent futures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
