Job Description
JSP specialises in providing case management services for people who have suffered brain injuries or have other debilitating disabilities. We currently provide services throughout the Midlands, Northern England and Scotland. JSP Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
We have an amazing opportunity for a Support Worker to support a man with a brain injury in the Eastwood area of Nottingham.
About The Role
We are seeking three enthusiastic and proactive individuals to support a man with a brain injury in the Eastwood area of Nottingham.
You will support him with his day-to-day care regime and rehabilitation programme to promote his quality of life and independence, both at home and in the community. Training and supervision will be given. You will be joining a well-established care team that provide quality holistic care.

What You’ll Be Working
- This post includes evening, weekend shifts and occasional sleep-in duties.
- Location: Nottingham
- Hours: 33-44 hours per week (shifts to be discussed)

Essential
- You are reliable and professional – you value honesty and discretion.
- You are friendly and approachable.
- You are flexible and you work well under pressure.
Preferred
- You have experience of supporting someone with a brain injury/spinal injury, although training will be provided to the right candidates.
- You have experience of supporting an adult including use of PEG, although training will be given.
- You have experience of working alongside other Support Workers.
- Drivers preferred.
About Us
JSP Ltd provides an essential service to both adults and children who have suffered brain and spinal injury. Qualified staff assess clients’ needs and offer individually designed case management and rehabilitation programmes. The company was established in 1994 and is now a successful rehabilitation and case management consultancy, working in close co-operation with the legal profession. We now have four offices employing around 80 staff. We manage over 400 support workers and provide services to just under 400 clients nationally.
