Female Support Worker - 37.5 hours Per Week
Location: Armadale, West Lothian
Shift Patterns
- 07:30 - 15:00
- 14:30 - 22:00
- 21:45 - 07:30 (waking night)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Female Support Worker to join our amazing team, supporting four lovely ladies in their home in Armadale.
These Ladies Love
- Shopping
- Listening to music
- Arts & crafts
- Meeting new people at local clubs and groups
Your role? Helping them live their best lives!
- Support with mobility (experience with hoists and walkers is a bonus!)
- Assist with some personal care
- Administer medication

What We’re Looking For
- A caring, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including weekends and waking nights
- A full UK driving licence and your own car would be great—but not essential
Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a female colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010.
