About the Role
If you’re someone who loves helping others live well, we’d be delighted to welcome you to Lapstone House Residential Home, Millom as a Support Worker. We have the following permanent roles available:
- 0 hours per week
- 16 hours per week
- 21 hours per week
- 26.25 hours per week
Paid at £13.47 per hour.
At The Gables, you’ll build genuine connections with the people you support. As a Support Worker (Carer, Care Worker, Care Assistant), you’ll play an important part in helping older adults enjoy their later years, whether that's through offering emotional reassurance, supporting with personal care or medication, or encouraging people to stay active, independent, and well. Every day is about helping someone live the life they choose.
You don’t need previous experience or qualifications to join us.
