If not Training can be given, We have an opportunity based in London To enable Service Users develop and improve their life skills and encourage Clients to lead a full and active life within the community. To promote the independence of vulnerable adults and strive to enhance individual lifestyles by offering access to social, leisure and recreational activities, along with support in further education and employment

Therefore we are looking for a carer that is comfortable with mobility moving and handling Working with Severe Learning Disability with complex needs.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has the patient for careLondon areas This will be an ongoing care package.

We expect the following of each Support Worker;

  • To complete Mandatory training By CTRC
  • At least 12 months experience in a caring role, If not training can be given
  • To be caring, compassionate, loyal and reliable
  • To have good communications skills (both written and verbal)
  • Working with Severe Learning Disability with complex needs
  • Flexible staff is Essential

Main Function Of The Job

  • To support the service user with accessing activities in the community, attending collegue and appointments
  • To promote and encourage her independence
  • To follow and implement individual care plan
  • Make sure that their basic needs and wellbeing are being addressed and personal centred care is delivered at the highest standard.
