Location: Ledbury, HR8
Pay: £13.25–£14.00 per hour
Shift pattern: 12-hour shifts, from 08:00 to 20:00

We are looking for caring, reliable, and experienced Support Workers to join our team, supporting a young female with a diagnosis of Autism and Learning Disability, who has a history of behaviours that may challenge.

About The Role
You will provide one-to-one support in the community and at home, ensuring the individual's needs are met in a safe, respectful, and positive manner. The role requires confidence, patience, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations while building a trusting and supportive relationship.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience supporting young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and behaviours that may challenge.
- Current PMVA (or equivalent) training.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Confident driving a manual mobility vehicle.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, person-centred approach.
