Our Vacancy

Help people rebuild their confidence, independence, and future.

We're looking for two compassionate and motivated Mental Health Support Workers to join our High Support Mental Health Services in Hackney, where you'll support customers with a history of serious mental illness to achieve their goals, build resilience and move towards greater independence.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference every day, working alongside people to support their recovery journey through person-centred, trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches.

What You’ll Do

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll work closely with customers to develop personalised support plans that promote recovery, wellbeing and independence. You'll also:

  • Build positive, trusting relationships with customers and support them to achieve their goals.
  • Complete support plans, risk assessments and reviews in a recovery-focused and trauma-informed way.
  • Help customers maximise their income, access benefits and manage their finances.
  • Support customers to develop independent living skills and sustain their housing.
  • Work collaboratively with health professionals, social care teams and other partner agencies.
  • Encourage medication self-management and support healthier lifestyles.
  • Maintain accurate records, contribute to achieving service outcomes and identify/respond appropriately to safeguarding, welfare and risk concerns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
