Make a Positive Impact in Someone’s Daily Life
We are seeking a Support Worker, Personal Assistant (PA), or Health Care Assistant (HCA) who brings kindness, empathy, and a sense of fun to their work. This is a rewarding 1:1 role supporting an individual with complex needs to live safely, confidently, and as independently as possible within their own home and community.
Meet Our Client
The client requires support with personal care, mobility, daily living activities, and maintaining safety within the home. He has Down syndrome, high-functioning autism, a learning disability, and several complex health conditions that impact his day-to-day life, including mobility difficulties and an increased risk of falls.
He benefits from consistent support, reassurance, and routine, as changes can increase anxiety and affect his wellbeing. Building trust is important, as he may initially find it difficult to accept support from unfamiliar carers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
