Salary: £14.18 per hour (weekdays); £15.31 per hour (weekends); £11.34 per hour sleep-in; double time on bank holidays

Job Description
JSP specialises in providing case management services for people who have suffered brain injuries or have other debilitating disabilities. We currently provide services throughout the Midlands, Northern England and Scotland. JSP Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and dedicated female to support a lady with a brain injury within her own home, local community & on UK holidays. You will join a small and committed team proving support 24/7.
You will support her with personal care, daily living tasks, monitoring her health, arts and crafts, shopping and will help to maintain and promote her independence. Moving and handling & driving her Motability vehicle are both required. Full training and supervision provided, this post includes evening, weekends and bank holidays shift.

Essential
About you:
- You are reliable and professional – you value honesty and discretion

- You have a full, preferably clean, UK driving licence

- You have the physical ability to provide moving and handling support.

About Us
JSP Ltd provides an essential service to both adults and children who have suffered brain and spinal injury. Qualified staff assess clients’ needs and offer individually designed case management and rehabilitation programmes. We have five offices employing around 80 staff. We manage over 400 support workers and provide services to just under 400 clients nationally.
JSP Ltd is not an agency. Recruitment of staff for small, personalised care teams is part of our case management service and is undertaken on behalf of individuals using this service.
