Support Worker - Mental Health and Alcohol & Substance Misuse

£15.34 per hour
Newquay, Cornwall
22.5 hours per week
Temporary ongoing contract

Sellick Partnership are supporting an organisation with the recruitment of a Support Worker on a temporary ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities of the Support Worker:

  • Understand individual support needs and contribute to effective support plans.
  • Confidently complete risk assessments and manage identified risks.
  • Communicate clearly and build strong, positive relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records and use digital systems efficiently.
  • Work independently when required and collaborate well within a team.
  • Remain flexible and able to adjust to changing demands.
  • Stay focused under pressure and meet required deadlines.
  • Show resilience and adapt well to challenges.
  • Maintain a friendly, positive approach, even in difficult situations.
