Support Worker - Mental Health and Alcohol & Substance Misuse
£15.34 per hour
Newquay, Cornwall
22.5 hours per week
Temporary ongoing contract
Sellick Partnership are supporting an organisation with the recruitment of a Support Worker on a temporary ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities of the Support Worker:
- Understand individual support needs and contribute to effective support plans.
- Confidently complete risk assessments and manage identified risks.
- Communicate clearly and build strong, positive relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and use digital systems efficiently.
- Work independently when required and collaborate well within a team.
- Remain flexible and able to adjust to changing demands.
- Stay focused under pressure and meet required deadlines.
- Show resilience and adapt well to challenges.
- Maintain a friendly, positive approach, even in difficult situations.
