Who are Codi Group?
Codi is a not-for-profit with a big heart and an even bigger mission. As Wales’ largest provider of housing, care, and support, we’re here to help people live well, feel supported, and rise to their full potential.
Every day, our teams support nearly 17,000 individuals across Wales with services that make a real and uplifting difference to their everyday lives.
Our name says it all: ‘Codi’ means rise in Welsh. It reflects who we are, where we come from, and our ambition to lift expectations, lift communities, and lift each other.
About the role
We proudly support seven individuals with learning disabilities, who live independently in their own self-contained flats within the development. Each person we work with has unique needs, which may include support with finances, medication, health requirements, and emotional or social wellbeing.
Our team is committed, skilled and passionate, celebrating every milestone as individuals grow in confidence, develop daily living skills, and become active, valued members of their local community.
This is a 30-hour support service, so the role includes waking night shifts, as well as a range of day and afternoon shifts. We’re looking for people who can work flexibly across the week. To help you balance work and life, you’ll receive a 2-week rolling rota so you can plan ahead with ease.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
