10am - 12pm or 1pm - 3pm

Heath Farm is a vibrant residential setting that supports adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge. You’ll play a key role in empowering individuals in all aspects of their daily lives—helping them achieve their goals, build confidence, and enjoy greater independence.

Shift patterns
- 7:30am–2:30pm
- 2:30pm-9:30pm
- 7:30am-9:30pm (on a rota basis)
