Location: Chertsey

Hourly rate: £15.00 (negotiable)

Hours: 2–3 hours after school between Monday to Thursday OR 6–8 hours on Saturdays (flexible/discussable)

About Ryan

Ryan is an 8-year-old non-verbal autistic boy who attends a full-time special school. He benefits from routine, a calm approach, and support from someone who can build trust over time.

Role Responsibilities

  • Spending time with Ryan and supporting his communication needs
  • Playing, engaging in activities and providing encouragement
  • Preparing and feeding him available food
  • Taking him out for walks, playground visits or other outdoor time
  • Bathing/shower support
  • Optional: Driving him to local activities (if you drive)

Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS check (arranged/processed for you)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience with children or autism preferred but not essential
