Job Description: Waking Night Support Worker - Rushden

Location: Aspen House, Rushden

Shift Pattern: Saturday & Sunday Waking Nights, between 9:30pm - 7:30am

Vacancies Available: 20 hr Contract Waking Night

About Aspen House

Aspen House is a ten-bedroom residential care home supporting adults aged 25–70 with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health conditions. The home features:

  • Two living rooms, two dining rooms, a conservatory, and accessible gardens
  • Seven en-suite bedrooms and two communal bathrooms
  • Assistive technology tailored to individual needs
  • A warm, family-like atmosphere where residents enjoy birthdays, holidays, and community activities
