About The Role
Support Worker – Southbank
Full & Part-Time | £12.76 per Hour | Permanent
Location: Southbank Close, Hereford
Shift pattern: 7:00am–2:30pm (Early), 2:00pm–9:30pm (Late), alternate weekends
We're looking for caring, dedicated individuals to join our team and support people to live safe, valued and independent lives.
Due to the specific needs of the people we support, we are particularly looking for applicants who have experience supporting adults with autism. This experience is essential to help us provide consistent, person-centred support that promotes wellbeing, communication, independence, and positive outcomes. If you have a genuine understanding of autism and are passionate about delivering high-quality support, we'd love to hear from you.
About The Role

Join our team at Southbank as a Support Worker, where you'll provide personalised care and support to adults with learning disabilities and autism, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives.
You'll work closely with our residents, delivering meaningful activities, providing personal care, and promoting choice and independence in a warm and welcoming environment. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of autism-informed approaches, can recognise individual communication styles and sensory needs, and is committed to providing patient, compassionate and consistent support tailored to each person's unique strengths and preferences.

Southbank is a specialist residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism. Supporting seven amazing individuals across three linked bungalows, we create a safe, structured and engaging home where everyone is empowered to live life their way.
