About Us
Trust We Care is a CQC-registered supported living provider based in Leicester. We support adults and younger people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health challenges, and complex needs across Leicestershire and Rutland.
Our approach is rooted in person-centred communication and a genuine belief that, with the right support, the people we work with can live full and independent lives.
The Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of what we do. You’ll work alongside the people we support as a trusted presence in their everyday lives, building genuine relationships and advocating for the things that matter to them.
No two shifts are the same. On any given day, you might support someone to cook a meal, access their community, manage a health need, work towards a personal goal, or simply have a good day.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
- Build consistent, trusted relationships with the people you support.
- Potentially take on a keyworker role for an individual as the role develops.
- Promote independence, informed choice, and community inclusion.
- Support people with personal care, health and medication needs, and daily living skills.
- Use calm, consistent, non-aversive approaches when supporting people who display behaviours that challenge.
- Accompany people on activities, including days out, holidays, social events, and swimming.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider team.
- Uphold each person’s dignity, rights, privacy, and professional boundaries at all times.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
