About the Role
At Tuck by Truck, we’re like a vending machine on wheels! You will help our employees prepare snack boxes full of treats and drinks, and then hit the road in our service van, delivering these goodies to local businesses. It’s all about building confidence and teamwork—you will play a key role in empowering our employees to develop skills for future employment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with packing and delivering snack boxes
- Drive our van to deliver the goods to local businesses (so a full UK driving licence is a must!)
- Help with stock checks and tallying money
- Support individuals in setting personal goals and working toward them
- While personal care isn’t usually part of the job, you may occasionally assist with it (like a quick trip to the toilet)

We’re offering 22/5 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 4:30pm—plenty of time for flexibility!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
