A home, not just a service

We offer supported living options for people with varying abilities to live wherever and however they choose. Our services support people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities to live independently in their own home.

Your working hours

We offer part-time hours, working 22.5 hours per week. You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays, weekends, and sleep-in shifts as part of a rota.

Typical shifts may include:

  • Day shifts: [e.g. 7am - 3pm or 2pm - 10pm]
  • Sleep-in shifts: [e.g. 10pm - 7am]

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.

What you’ll do

  • Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
  • Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
  • Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
  • Keep clear, accurate records
  • Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms

No previous care experience? No problem – we’ll give you all the training you need.
