About The Role
We are looking for a full-time flexible Support Worker to support a gentleman in his own home. He enjoys support by people who are enthusiastic and able to help him to gain confidence and enhance his independence.
This gentleman loves films and music, woodwork, arts and crafts and would like to be supported by people who share these same interests. He has a great sense of humour and likes his support team to be able to share a joke or two.
He needs people with patience and compassion who support him in managing his emotions. He has many interests including, Doctor Who, Star Wars, and WWE, so if you also enjoy these it would be a bonus!

Hours
- Full time 39 hours per week
- This is a 24-hour service with a mix of early and late shifts
- You will be required to work one long day sleep a week
- Sleep in rate is £50

Location
This service is situated close to Tenterden town centre with easy access via bus or car.
About You
This role is ideal for people committed to making a positive difference in individual’s lives, including experienced support workers, graduates, and those seeking a stimulating career path into social care.
- You do not need to have experience in care or support work. We will provide full training and induction to support you in your new role as a support worker.
- Whether you have previous experience working in the care sector or are looking to build a career in the industry, we want to hear from you.
- A full UK driver’s licence is essential for this role.
