Support Worker - Winlaton

This is a unique opportunity to support one person with learning disabilities, autism, and behavioural support needs to live a happy, fulfilling, and independent life in their own home.

We're looking for people who can provide reassurance, encouragement, and consistency while helping create a calm, safe, and enjoyable environment where they can thrive. If you're caring, patient, and passionate about helping others achieve their goals, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day will be different, but your role will include:

  • Supporting with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, personal care, and maintaining a comfortable home environment
  • Promoting independence and helping the person achieve their personal goals
  • Providing positive behavioural support and reassurance when needed
  • Encouraging participation in hobbies, activities, and community opportunities
  • Building a trusting and meaningful relationship that helps them feel safe, valued, and empowered
