Lifeways are soon to open a new one person service in the Winlaton area! The person you would be supporting has learning difficulties, autism, and behavioural support challenges.
We are looking to build a team of compassionate and caring individuals to help this person to live life to the fullest, to encourage their independence, and provide a calming and encouraging environment... If you think this is you, we would love to speak to you further!
This person likes colouring, jigsaws, music, and dancing. They like calming activities too, such as yoga or meditation. They enjoy going out in the car but doesn't use public transport, so drivers are essential!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
- Encouraging participation in community activities like swimming, shopping, cinema trips, and more
- Promoting independence and wellbeing in a safe, supportive environment
