About the Role
Join M&D Care as a Support Worker in Supported Living at Glanamman (SA31 3JZ) and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults. You’ll provide emotional and practical care in a residential setting.
- No prior experience is required—full training is provided.
- This role includes nights shifts.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including:
- Personal care
- Meal preparation
- Medication management
- Shopping
- Promote independence, dignity, and well-being through engaging activities.
- Work autonomously while ensuring safety and respect for those supported.
- Comply with regulatory standards from Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales.
- Work flexible rota shifts, including:
- Early mornings
- Evenings & nights
- Weekends
Requirements
- A genuine passion for excellent care (no experience needed—full training provided).
- Ability to work:
- Independently
- Collaboratively within a team
- Must be aged 18 or over.
- Must hold or be eligible for a valid UK driving licence (used for role requirements).
