Hours of work: Days (Apply online only) hrs and Nights (Apply online only) hrs flexibility required.
Key Care & Support are looking for an experienced and passionate Support Worker to join our team to Support Sammy in the family home based in Altrincham.
Minimum of 2 years experience supporting adults with enhanced needs. "Sammy" has Learning Difficulties, multiple medical needs, is non-verbal, uses an iPad to communicate and hand signs, and can make his needs known. You will be positive, person-centred, and committed to the highest standards of care and support. Must be flexible to cover days and nights.

- Ensuring support is proactive, respectful, and focused on quality of life.

- Working collaboratively with Sammy's family and professionals.
- Supporting Sammy to develop skills, make choices, and have a strong voice in decisions about his life, routines, and activities.
Sammy enjoys many activities, including swimming, karaoke, using swings and rocking chairs, jet washing the car, simple food preparation and baking, walks, visiting Barton Aerodrome, listening to music, visiting the Trafford centre, visiting museums and galleries and café's, walks on the beach, and watching TV.
