Role description: Project Support

Salary: Grade B – £25,877.80 plus anti-social hour’s payment of £650 per annum. Total starting salary of £26,527.80 per annum.

Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week: hours vary, Monday to Sunday, in accordance with a rolling rota. Anti-social working; evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Job Purpose

To support the delivery of Oasis Community Housing’s Young People’s Supported Housing Service (Ofsted registered). The service operates two 24-hour staffed supported housing projects, one for children and young people aged 16-17 with medium needs, and one for those aged 16-21 with complex needs. To provide trauma informed, holistic, personalised support to children and young people, which is in line with relevant pathway and safety plans.

To work closely with Gateshead Council, including Children’s Services, to ensure children and young people achieve the best outcomes, in line with project specific aims and objectives. Under the guidance of the Team Leader and Registered Service Manager, to ensure the service is compliant with the Supported Accommodation Regulations and we maintain successful Ofsted registration for these projects.
