Support Worker: Nantwich (CW5) Temp to Perm

We are recruiting Full-Time Support Workers in Nantwich (CW5) on a temporary-to-permanent basis. Immediate starts are available for suitable candidates. This service works closely with the local authority, so we are looking for reliable individuals with strong communication skills and experience supporting people with Autism and mental health needs.

About The Role

You will provide person-centred support to individuals with Autism and mental health needs, helping them develop independence, confidence, and daily living skills while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting individuals with Autism and mental health needs.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare traditional English meals.
  • Full-time availability, including weekends and night shifts on a rota basis.
  • Ideally hold a full UK driving licence and be able to drive.
  • Candidates living locally to Nantwich (CW5) are preferred.
  • Visa holders must have a minimum of 9 months remaining on their current visa.
  • Available for interview at short notice and able to start immediately if successful.
  • Please provide details of hobbies and interests, as candidates may be matched with service users who share similar interests.

Shift Pattern

  • Flexible rota basis
