About Your New Role

As a member of our home care team in North Brisbane, you will be championing choice, support, and connection through the delivery of vital services to our customers. This may include Personal Care, Individual or Group Social Support, Shopping Assistance, Respite, Transport to and from appointment, Domestic Assistance, and Meal Preparation.

About You
- Have experience working with people with disabilities or the elderly
- Can work independently and within teams
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Respect the rights and dignity of participants
- Ability to resolve minor task-related problems
Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Or equivalent)
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Current Police Check (Issued within the last 3 months)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Drivers Licence
