Support Workers: Residential Care

Location: East Sussex: Hastings and St Leonards-on-Sea

Salary

Ages 21+: A GBP 12.71 per hour (conditions apply)

Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available


A.S.D. Unique Services LLP is a family-run care provider delivering high-quality residential care and support for adults with autism and/or learning disabilities.

Based in East Sussex, we operate four community-based residential services across the Hastings and St Leonards-on-Sea area. Our services support adults who may have autism and/or learning disabilities and who may present with associated complex or challenging needs.

Our aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where the people we support can live as independently as possible and enjoy meaningful lives within their local communities. Our teams regularly make use of local facilities, activities, and amenities to encourage independence, social inclusion, and community participation.

The Role

We are looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team across our residential services.

You will play an important role in supporting the people we care for with their day-to-day lives, encouraging independence, and helping them to access activities and opportunities within the community.

This is a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference to the lives of the people you support.

About You

We are looking for people who are:

  • Caring, patient, and compassionate
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Positive and willing to learn
  • Comfortable working with adults who may have complex or challenging needs
  • Committed to promoting dignity, independence, and choice
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team

A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential for this role.
