Dream Big Independent Living is looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to support the delivery and development of our supported accommodation services for young people in Stoke-on-Trent.

We are looking for someone who can provide strong day-to-day leadership while maintaining high standards of safeguarding, support, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate should have:

  • Experience working within supported accommodation, residential care, leaving care, or a similar service for young people
  • Proven experience of supervising and supporting staff, including providing effective supervision and monitoring performance
  • A good understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and supporting young people towards independence
  • The ability to lead staff teams and ensure support plans, keywork, and records are completed to a high standard
  • Good organisational and communication skills, including working effectively with social workers, commissioners, and other professionals
  • An understanding of Ofsted-regulated supported accommodation and the standards expected within the sector
  • The confidence to manage incidents, safeguarding concerns, and day-to-day operational issues appropriately
  • A commitment to creating safe, positive, and aspirational environments for young people

The successful candidate must live within 45 minutes of Stoke-on-Trent. Hours and salary are negotiable, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
