We're looking for enthusiastic and driven Supported Employment Team Leaders to join our current team in Hampshire.
About The Role
As a Supported Employment Team Leader, you will lead, coach and develop a team of Employment Specialists, supporting people facing barriers to employment to find, secure and sustain meaningful work. You will play a key role in ensuring participants receive high-quality, person-centred support delivered in line with the Supported Employment Model, the five stages of Supported Employment and SEQF Quality Framework.
You will be responsible for driving performance, quality and continuous improvement across your team, providing regular supervision, field mentoring, coaching and development to support excellent participant outcomes. You will help embed evidence-based supported employment practice across the five stages of Supported Employment, support quality improvement activities and lead your team through quality reviews and SEQF assessments.
This is a fully community-based leadership role, with no fixed office base. You will spend your working week providing field mentoring, observing practice, engaging stakeholders and supporting Employment Specialists across community, health and employer settings throughout the contract area.
You will be comfortable working independently across the delivery area, managing a varied diary and maintaining a visible presence across local services, communities and workplaces while supporting high-quality service delivery. Much of your work will be undertaken independently within community settings, requiring confidence, resilience and excellent organisational skills. To support your safety, wellbeing and effective management oversight, you will be expected to keep your working location updated through the organisation's approved processes.

Working closely with employers, referral partners, health services, local authorities, commissioners and community stakeholders, as appropriate to the contract, you will help ensure employment support is effectively integrated within local services and responsive to participant needs.
This is a performance-focused leadership role with responsibility for team performance, participant outcomes, service quality, SEQF Quality Standards and continuous improvement. Most importantly, it is an opportunity to support and develop a team that changes lives through employment, inclusion and opportunity.

This is a fully community-based leadership role with significant travel across the delivery area. Applicants should be able to travel independently and efficiently throughout the contract area, as the role involves providing field mentoring, stakeholder engagement, quality assurance and leadership support across multiple community, health and employer locations on a daily basis.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Employment Specialists that deliver exceptional service quality and excellent participant outcomes.
- Drive contract performance, quality standards and SEQF Quality Framework through effective supervision, field mentoring, coaching and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with employers, referral partners, commissioners and community stakeholders, supporting sustainable employment opportunities for participants.
- Use performance data, participant feedback, co-production and quality assurance activity to improve services and maximise outcomes.
- Lead and support quality reviews, SEQF assessments and continuous improvement activities, overseeing the implementation of improvement plans across the team.

What You'll Bring
- Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of the Supported Employment Model, the five stages of Supported Employment, SEQF Quality Framework and the role employment plays in improving wellbeing, independence and social inclusion.
- Experience of achieving performance targets, managing quality standards and driving continuous improvement within a service environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across community, employment and public sector services.
- Confidence in working independently across community settings, managing a varied diary and maintaining effective relationships with staff, employers, health services and community partners across the contract area.
- A passion for helping people overcome barriers and achieve positive employment outcomes.
