Supported Housing Worker Opportunity

Trust Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for a Supported Housing Worker to join our team at Ramillies Court, Clydebank, West Dunbartonshire. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive rate of £14.04 per hour.

What We Offer

  • 16.75 Hours (average Per Week) worked over a mixture of shifts, 2 days per week, on a 4-week rolling rota, including working alternate weekends (example shifts):
    • Week 1: Thurs and Friday (8.5-hour shifts)
    • Week 2: Tuesday and Wednesday (9-hour shifts)
    • Week 3: Saturday (12-hour shift)
    • Week 4: Monday (8-hour shift) and Sunday (12-hour shift)
  • Competitive hourly rate of £14.04 per hour

  • Access to paid training and a vocational qualification

What We’re Looking For In Our Support Workers

You’ll be working with our tenants to make sure they receive the support identified in their personal plan ensuring they continue to enjoy as much independence as possible. You will assist with meal delivery and provide support in the dining room; there may also be very occasional kitchen duties. It’ll be rewarding looking after those who rely on the support and dedication you’ll bring to this important role.

Support Worker Skills And Experience

Ideally, you will have an appropriate qualification in Health & Social Care and previous experience of working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community, so you will understand their needs and know how to meet these. If you are successful in joining our team we can provide you with fantastic opportunities to develop your experience or enhance your career in social care and assist with your ongoing continued personal development.
