Supported Living Service Manager – 4 Vacancies (1 Manager per Service)
Locations (One Service Manager Required for Each Service):
- Wembley, Greater London (HA9) – 2 Vacancies (2 separate supported living services)
- Wallington, South London (SM6) – 1 Vacancy
- Swadlincote, Derbyshire (DE11) – 1 Vacancy
Salary: £35,360 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salisbury Support 4 Autism Ltd is a specialist provider of supported living services for adults with autism and complex needs. The Role
We are recruiting four experienced and motivated Service Managers, with one Service Manager responsible for the day-to-day leadership of each supported living service.
There are four vacancies across our services:
- Two Service Managers for our two separate services in Wembley.
- One Service Manager for our Wallington service.
- One Service Manager for our Swadlincote service.
Reporting directly to the Operations Lead, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of your allocated service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred support. You will lead and develop your staff team, maintain regulatory compliance, and promote positive outcomes for the people we support.

Due to the nature of the service, some individuals may present behaviours of concern, including property damage, self-injury, or physical aggression. The successful candidate will be confident leading teams within complex behavioural support environments and promoting Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of your allocated supported living service.
- Report to the Operations Lead on service performance, quality, staffing, and compliance.
- Lead, supervise, develop, and support the staff team.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, legislation, and company policies.
- Promote person-centred care and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management.
- Support recruitment, induction, supervision, and performance management of staff.
- Build positive relationships with families, professionals, commissioners, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement.
- Drive the service vehicle when required and ensure its safe use.

Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Minimum two years' experience managing a supported living service or similar adult social care service.
- Minimum two years' experience supporting adults with autism.
- Experience supporting individuals who display behaviours of concern.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Experience
Essential
- Management: Minimum 2 years.
- Autism Support: Minimum 2 years.
Qualifications
