Make a Real Difference Every Day

Support Workers required in the Bury, Rochdale, and Oldham areas.

£13.45 per hour

If you’re passionate about helping people with learning disabilities or autism live happy, fulfilling, and independent lives, you could be exactly who we’re looking for.

We’re looking for caring, enthusiastic, and committed people who understand that great support is about much more than care. It’s about getting to know each person, understanding their sensory needs, encouraging independence, creating meaningful experiences, and helping them feel truly included in their community.

You’ll become part of a consistent, supportive team, working with the same people and building genuine, trusting relationships over time. Every day brings the opportunity to learn, grow, and make a positive difference to someone’s life.

Whether you’re supporting someone to try something new, enjoy a favorite activity, develop new skills, or simply have a great day, your support can make a lasting difference.

There are also opportunities to work overtime across our other services if you’d like to earn more and gain experience supporting a wider range of people.

If you’re kind, patient, reliable, and genuinely want to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

Join us and be part of a team where the work you do really matters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
