Support Workers required in the Bury, Rochdale, and Oldham areas.
£13.45 per hour

About The Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred care in people’s own homes, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and complex care needs.
Your role will include:
- Supporting personal care, medication, and daily routines.
- Promoting independence with meals, household tasks, finances, and appointments.
- Encouraging community involvement, social activities, hobbies, and healthy relationships.
- Providing emotional support, companionship, and positive behavioral support.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
- Supporting individuals in settings such as hospitals or on holidays when required.
- Keeping accurate records and reporting to the Service Manager.
Desired Skills & Experience
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic
- Reliable and responsible with excellent communication skills
- Able to manage and administer medication accurately
- Committed to promoting independence and individuality
- Adaptable and able to respond to the needs of service users
- Organised with strong record-keeping abilities
- Support/Care experience essential
