The Role
As a Support Worker with Mountbatten Care, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives. You will provide person-centred support that is tailored to everyone's needs, preferences, and goals, promoting dignity, choice, and independence always.
This role is ideal for someone who is caring, reliable, and passionate about making a positive difference. No previous experience is required, as full training and ongoing support is provided from day one.

We are currently recruiting full-time and part-time staff, with immediate starts available, once training is completed. While we are particularly keen to hear from male applicants, we also welcome applications from female candidates.

- Support individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence
- Encourage and support social activities, hobbies, and community engagement
- Build positive, trusting relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues
- Support individuals to make choices and achieve personal goals
- Maintain dignity, respect, and confidentiality always
- Follow care plans, risk assessments, and organisational policies and procedures
- Accurately record and report information in line with company requirements
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
