About the Institute of Business Ethics (IBE)

The Institute of Business Ethics (IBE) is an independent charity which helps organisations strengthen integrity and business ethics by improving leadership, governance, decision-making and culture. We bring together those leading ethics, governance, culture, legal and compliance programmes, alongside boards, CEOs and senior leaders, to benchmark approaches, learn from one another and explore emerging challenges. Through our peer-to-peer networks, events, research partnerships and advisory work, we identify what works in practice and turn those insights into practical guidance, leadership development and advisory support for organisations. For more information visit www.ibe.org.uk.

About the Role

Supporters sit at the heart of the IBE's work. Our supporter community is made up predominantly of organisations, including many leading businesses, alongside academic and individual supporters.

Through our supporter networks, events, benchmarking activities, research partnerships and advisory projects, we create opportunities for organisations to learn from one another, share practical experience and strengthen their approach to ethics and integrity.

The Supporter Engagement and Community Executive helps create and sustain these connections. Working with supporters, speakers, partners and colleagues, the postholder will help deliver a high-quality supporter experience and ensure that our networks, events and communications continue to generate value, insight and engagement.

The Supporter Engagement and Community Executive will help build and strengthen the IBE's community of supporters and stakeholders, supporting our impact as a charity to promote ethical business standards.

The role covers supporter engagement, communications delivery, events operations and network coordination. This includes high quality digital and multi-channel B2B communications, website content, newsletters, events, CRM activity as well as audience insights and supporter engagement across a growing professional community.

Working closely with the Director of Communications and Engagement, the postholder will help ensure the IBE's supporters experience high-quality engagement, relevant communications and valuable opportunities to connect, learn and contribute.

The role plays an important part in helping the IBE expand its reach, strengthen supporter relationships and grow participation across its activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
