Supporter Relationship Manager

WaterAid | London | Hybrid

£47,423 per year | Permanent | Full-time

WaterAid is looking for an experienced Supporter Relationship Manager to build meaningful relationships with key supporters and strengthen long-term engagement and income.

Working within the Legacy and In Memory Team, you will help deliver a personalised supporter experience across legacy, mid-value, and other priority supporter audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building trusted relationships with supporters
  • Delivering tailored stewardship and engagement activity
  • Developing a key supporter experience strategy
  • Organising online and in-person supporter events
  • Identifying opportunities for lifetime and legacy giving
  • Collaborating across fundraising and engagement teams
