Supporting Education Group is the leading education services platform in the UK working with schools, learners, multi academy trusts, local authorities, nurseries, and government departments to help solve the biggest human capital challenges facing the sector.

As an integral part of the Central Functions team, you’ll be at the heart of driving a high-performance culture across the business. You will bring your expertise and creativity to craft and deliver people strategies that inspire engagement, support growth, and ensure an outstanding employee experience. By championing our culture and values, you’ll empower leaders, nurture talent, and help teams achieve success.

About You
What You Can Offer
- Proven experience in HR business partnering, with a track record of delivering strategic people plans that have delivered measurable business impact
- Expertise in organisational change management and transformation processes
- Experience of working directly with senior leadership teams as a strategic business partner guiding and coaching leaders and stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a natural ability to build trust
- Business savvy, knowledgeable about P&L and ideally with experience in Private Equity backed organisations
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead performance management initiatives and drive management capability
- Data centric and analytical; using data in decision-making and measuring impact
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and best HR practices
- Willingness to travel. This role requires you to regularly be in our Bristol office at least three days per week, plus travel to London twice a month and occasional travel to South Devon and West Yorkshire.
