Job Title: Senior Surface Designer/Surface Designer – Motorsport

About Us
We are a leading, fast-paced and ambitious aerodynamic engineering team competing at a high level of motorsport and growing in other areas. With a strong focus on innovation, precision, and performance, we design, develop, and manufacture competitive wind tunnel models and components in-house. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Model Designers of all levels to join our design department.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced surfacer to join a dynamic motorsport environment. Working as an integral part of the aero team, you will contribute to the design and development of race car components and assemblies for CFD and real car applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and development of race car surfaces for CFD & wetted surface release.
- To produce 3D associative and parametric CAD models and assemblies in CATIA.
- Support design reviews and engineering discussions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of existing design techniques and standards.
About You
- Degree (or equivalent) in engineering, motorsport engineering, or related discipline.
- Relevant work experience in a motorsports environment.
- 3D CAD skills (CATIA preferred).
- Good understanding of surface design principles and linking techniques.
- Passion for motorsport and high-performance engineering.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
