Job Summary:
The Surface Well Test Field Specialist is responsible for supervising well test operations offshore. You’ll play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and reliable well testing services across exploration, appraisal, clean-up, and production testing operations.
You will be responsible for the operation and optimisation of surface well test equipment, ensuring high-quality data acquisition, driving operational excellence, and proactively managing risk while providing onsite technical expertise and support to customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Execute surface well testing operations safely and efficiently in accordance with customer requirements, company procedures, and industry standards.
- Install, pressure test, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain surface well test equipment including flowheads, choke manifolds, separators, sand management systems, flare packages, and associated instrumentation.
- Ensure accurate acquisition, monitoring, and reporting of well test data, including pressures, temperatures, flow rates, and fluid characteristics.
- Deliver operational reports and well test data in a timely and accurate manner to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in pre-job planning, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and job safety analyses to ensure safe execution of operations.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks while maintaining well integrity and environmental compliance throughout the testing programme.

Essential Requirements:
- Strong background in offshore surface well test operations
- The right to work in the UK.
