THE ROLE:
Take ownership of the North Thames territory, driving sales across NHS and private hospitals within the surgical and theatre environment.
You'll build relationships with surgeons, theatre managers, nurses, procurement teams and other key stakeholders, selling a specialist portfolio across gynae, colorectal, sutures and haemostats.
The business is entering an exciting period of growth, with a recent acquisition, new distribution partnership and a brand-new product across the women's health and colorectal surgical markets.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in medical device, healthcare or clinical sales
- Surgical/theatre sales experience advantageous, but not essential
- OR theatre based clinicians looking to move into medical sales considered, including ODPs, scrub nurses and gynae nurses
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially driven with the ability to win and develop accounts
- Full UK driving licence
THE PACKAGE:
- £40,000-£65,000 basic DOE
- 20% OTE - Uncapped & achievable commission
- Car allowance - £600p/m
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Full product training and ongoing support
