Responsibilities
Test Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate integration test phases, schedules, and activities.
- Develop and maintain integration test plans, entry/exit criteria, and test approaches.
- Ensure testing aligns with project timelines and release milestones.
- Manage dependencies between applications, environments, and teams.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central point of contact for integration testing activities.
- Liaise with project managers, business analysts, development teams, architects, and third-party suppliers.
- Facilitate test planning meetings, defect triage sessions, and status reviews.
- Communicate testing progress, risks, issues, and readiness assessments.

Test Execution Oversight
- Coordinate execution of integration and end-to-end test scenarios.
- Ensure test cases cover cross-system business processes and interfaces.
- Monitor test progress against plan and escalate issues when required.
- Track completion of test cycles and ensure evidence is captured.
Defect Management
- Log, track, prioritise, and manage defects through to resolution.
- Coordinate defect triage meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Verify retesting and regression testing activities are completed.
- Produce defect metrics and trend analysis.
Environment & Data Management
- Coordinate test environment availability and readiness.
- Ensure interfaces, integrations, and dependent systems are accessible.
- Manage test data requirements and support data preparation activities.
- Identify and mitigate environment-related risks and issues.
Reporting & Governance
- Produce weekly test status reports and dashboards.
- Track key testing metrics such as execution progress, defect status, and coverage.
- Support governance forums with test updates and risk assessments.
- Provide recommendations on test exit readiness and go-live decisions.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify testing risks, dependencies, and constraints.
- Maintain risk and issue logs.
- Escalate critical blockers impacting testing timelines.
- Support contingency planning and mitigation activities.
About You
Technical Skills
- Understanding of System Integration Testing (SIT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing.
- Knowledge of software development and testing lifecycles (SDLC/STLC).
- Experience with defect management tools (Jira)
- Understanding of APIs, interfaces, data flows, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with test management tools (Xray)
