JOB TITLE: Survey Co-ordinator

DIVISION: Building Consultancy – Structural Surveys

LOCATION: Daresbury

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Survey Co-ordinator to join our Structural Surveys team. This role will provide essential day-to-day administrative and operational support to our Engineers, ensuring the smooth running of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong administrative experience who is keen to further develop their skills within a professional and supportive environment.

To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate a commitment to innovation and a determination to provide a market leading service and product on behalf of Structural Surveys, a QuestGates Company.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Demonstrate personal and professional integrity and lead by example
  • Ability to work and contribute positively as part of a team and in isolation
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure, adhering to deadlines and service standards
  • Professional and confident telephone manner

The role involves:

  • To demonstrate a high level of technical quality and service delivery
  • To provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • To participate positively and constructively as a team member, sharing knowledge and providing feedback and suggestions
  • To use internal systems such as GoReport (training provided)
  • To handle client enquiries via phone and email, arranging survey appointments
  • To proactively follow up enquiries to convert them into confirmed jobs
  • To manage Engineers diaries and booking schedules using internal systems
  • To maintain accurate electronic filing systems and carry out general administrative duties
  • To distribute service review requests and gather customer feedback

Hours of work:

Standard working week is 35 hours, Monday to Friday with flexibility to work from home/office.
