Job Title: Survey Manager
Location: Bristol, UK
Onsite/Hybrid: Predominantly Office Based (flexibility with working from home options)

What you'll do:
As a Survey Manager, you will play a key role in delivering geotechnical and geophysical projects. Working closely with Project Managers, you will assist in project preparation, and coordinate and execute offshore survey and positioning operations. You will be fundamental to campaigns and ensure the technical survey delivery matches the commercial requirements of the project.
- Ensure deliverable integrity and compliance.
- Plan survey personnel on vessels.
- Oversee offshore equipment maintenance.
- Manage client requirements, quality assurance, and technical reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement and technical advancement.
- Prioritise safety and inspire a well-being culture.
- Collaborate on survey plans and maintain stakeholder communication.
- Streamline workflows, provide training, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Conduct audits for compliance and contribute to budgets.
- Stay current with survey technology and industry trends.

Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Hydrographic Surveying, Surveying, Geomatics, or Engineering.
- SSSI AHSCP Level 1 Certification (or near completion).
- Relevant Party Chief or equivalent Project/Operational Manager experience
- Proficient in offshore positioning surveying software packages, geophysical equipment, and technologies.
- Analytical with strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities for efficient survey coordination.
- High safety awareness and commitment to adherence to protocols.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide and inspire teams.
- Adaptable to changing project requirements and effective in dynamic environments.
- Collaborative team player with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proven project management skills, including multitasking and prioritisation.
- Tech-savvy, staying updated on the latest surveying technology advancements.
- Strong interpersonal skills for positive relationships with team members and clients.
- Results-driven focus on achieving project goals.
- Initiative, self-motivation, and commitment to continuous learning in the surveying field.
