Surveyor – Commercial Property Management

My international client is looking for a surveyor to join our Property Management team, managing a portfolio of three mixed-use assets across Victoria, Central London and Stratford.

The portfolio includes one or two service charge properties, including an office building, providing an opportunity to work across a varied and engaging mix of assets.

The Role

You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the portfolio, working closely with clients, occupiers, contractors, consultants and internal teams to ensure the properties are well managed and performing effectively.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing client and occupier relationships and supporting regular reporting.
• Overseeing lease administration, licences, tenant obligations and landlord & tenant matters.
• Supporting financial management, budgets, arrears and service charge processes.
• Managing and monitoring suppliers, contractors and facilities management services.
• Carrying out regular property inspections and ensuring issues are identified and resolved.
• Supporting major works, projects and property improvement initiatives.
• Assisting with property transactions, transitions and due diligence.
• Supporting ESG, Health & Safety, insurance and risk management requirements.
• Managing vacant units and ensuring appropriate compliance and security.
• Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and enhance client relationships.
