Surveyor

Housing Maintenance & Asset Management

Permanent, 37 hours per week
NS10, £37,563 to £39,481 per annum plus £3,000 supplement (subject to review Feb 2028)

In this dynamic role, you’ll support the planning, maintenance, and improvement of housing stock and assets within the Housing Revenue Account (HRA), ensuring best value and high standards across the board. From drafting project briefs and managing contracts to engaging directly with tenants and residents, your work will ensure our housing services are inclusive, efficient, and community focused.
