Graduate Surveyor

£25,000 - £30,000 + funded APC support
Central London

Looking to start your surveying career with hands-on project experience and support towards chartership?

We are working with an established construction consultancy to recruit a Graduate / Assistant Surveyor, focusing on high-end residential projects, with additional exposure to retail and commercial clients.

You’ll join a friendly, close-knit team with a family feel, working alongside experienced surveyors on residential alterations, extensions, refurbishments and fit-outs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
  • Measuring works and helping monitor project costs.
  • Assisting with valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Attending site visits and project meetings.
  • Building practical experience towards your RICS APC.

What we’re looking for:

  • A completed RICS-accredited course in Quantity Surveying or a relevant related discipline.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • A genuine ambition to become a Chartered Surveyor.
