Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Surveyor role based in London. The Surveyor will support retail and leisure property advisory projects and we want you to manage tenant representation instructions. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves liaising with landlords, tenants, developers, and local authorities, assisting with lease negotiations, and supporting store acquisition and disposal programmes. The Surveyor will also help maintain accurate property data, attend site visits and client meetings, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver clear, evidence-based advice.
Qualifications
- Relevant technical skills in property surveying, including inspections, measurements, and basic valuation techniques.
- Strong analytical and research skills for market analysis, rental assessments, and due diligence.
- Effective communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects, site visits, and deadlines.
- Collaborative working style, with the ability to build professional relationships across landlords, tenants, and public-sector partners.
- Understanding of UK commercial property markets, particularly retail and leisure; experience with town centre or mixed-use projects is an advantage.
- Professional qualification or progress toward RICS accreditation (or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in standard office software and property-related tools; GIS or mapping experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in London and travel to properties and client locations as required.
