Opportunity in London Building Consultancy Team

An opportunity has arisen in our London Building Consultancy team for a highly motivated individual to become part of our successful and expanding team. This role offers excellent career development prospects, working with a strong list of prestigious clients and instructions.

Joining our Building Consultancy team, you will play a key role in delivering support to our client base and further expanding it. You will work closely with colleagues across disciplines to provide comprehensive property consultancy services, further enhancing your own and our reputation in the market.   • Technical delivery of instructions with a growing degree of independence.
  • Maintain instructions in line with client requirements and ensuring internal systems are maintained.
  • Support colleagues in reviewing reports to develop critical evaluation skills.
  • Ensure reports are clear, concise, use correct templates, and align with company protocols.
  • Prepares reports and advice to a high standard for senior review, ensuring reports are close to final draft quality.
  • Maintain and manage learning & development requirements to ensure the relevant support can be provided and the range of experience required for progression is obtained.

Ideal Candidate

  • Eligible or registered for RICS APC Building Surveying Pathway
  • Business Development experience desirable
  • Confidence in a client-facing role
  • A keen attitude to work within a team
  • Referral and networking experience
