Role Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for a Surveyor to join our Agency team in our Oxford office. This role would be ideal for someone who is newly-qualified either from a commercial real estate background or with previous experience in residential sales.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven individual to join a well-established agency team in Oxford’s dynamic market. You will work across the sale and letting of office, industrial, and life sciences assets, gaining exposure to a diverse range of instructions. The role involves supporting transactions end-to-end, from instruction and marketing through to negotiation and completion.
You will work closely with clients, delivering high-quality advice and ensuring deals progress efficiently. Alongside transactional work, you’ll contribute to reporting, marketing, and business development activity. This role suits someone proactive and commercially minded, keen to build or further a career in agency.

Our Commercial Agency team provides market-leading advice across the office and business space sector, supporting occupiers, landlords, investors, and developers with a full range of leasing and strategic services. With experts positioned across London and key regional hubs, we benefit from a strong national network, underpinned by in-depth research and specialist insight, enabling us to track market activity and deliver informed, data-driven advice.
Based in Oxford, the team is led by highly experienced market specialists who advise a broad client base including institutional investors, developers, and high-growth occupiers. With particular expertise in the Science & Technology sector, the team works across some of Oxfordshire’s business and science parks, combining local market knowledge with lease analysis and financial modelling to support proactive decision-making and successful real estate strategies.
