Surveyor - Commercial Property Management
Central London | £40,000+ + Benefits
Are you looking to build your career with one of the world's leading real estate businesses?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Surveyor to join a highly regarded Commercial Property Management team responsible for some of Central London's most prestigious office assets.
This position would suit an individual with commercial property experience who is working towards their APC or has recently qualified and is looking for greater exposure, responsibility, and long-term career progression.
Working alongside experienced Property Managers and Asset Managers, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of disciplines including landlord and tenant matters, service charge management, client reporting, occupier engagement, ESG initiatives, lease events, and asset performance.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of prime commercial properties
- Building relationships with occupiers, clients, and stakeholders
- Supporting lease events and landlord & tenant matters
- Assisting with service charge budgets and financial management
- Carrying out property inspections and reporting
- Supporting ESG and customer experience initiatives
- Working alongside Asset Managers to enhance asset performance
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Real Estate, Property, or a related discipline
- Experience within commercial property management or a similar surveying role
- MRICS qualified or actively working towards APC
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ambitious, commercial, and keen to develop your career
