The Flex team sits within CBRE's Advisory and Transactions business and is the recognised market leader in London flexible office space. In H1 2026, the Leasing business performed 32% above budget and hit 2026 target by the end of Q3. The Occupier team is on track to transact 125 deals in 2026, up from 91 in 2024. Joining now means joining a team at the top of its game, in a market that is only getting bigger.
What You'll Do
Flex Leasing - Primary Focus
- Win and manage relationships with landlord and operator clients, actively growing CBRE's instruction base across the London Flex market.
- Create compelling marketing materials and ensure instructed properties are represented effectively across the Flex website and other channels.
- Proactively contact and encourage agents and occupiers to view instructed buildings, securing viewings and driving transaction momentum.
- Update landlord clients with regular market intelligence, comparable evidence, and pipeline progress.
- Advise clients on the differences between Flex licences and traditional leases, including a comparison of true costs and duration.
- Develop a deep understanding of market pricing and provide commercially grounded, evidence-based advice.
- Negotiate and close Flex leasing transactions on behalf of landlord and operator clients.
- Contribute to team fee targets and play an active role in business development across the wider market.
- Create and maintain property interest schedules and transaction records.
Flex Occupier - Supporting Role
- Develop a working knowledge of the London Flex occupier market, including operators, Landlord Tenant Ready products, and pricing.
- Support the Occupier team in managing and converting inbound leads and requirements as needed.
- Attend building viewing tours with occupier clients and assist in advising on product suitability.
- Provide advice on the suitability of Flex versus traditional leases to occupier clients.

What You'll Need
We are looking for someone with genuine energy and ambition - a natural business developer who thrives on client relationships, is driven to close deals, and wants to build a long-term career in one of the most exciting segments of the London property market. The leasing environment rewards those who are proactive, persistent, and personable, and that is exactly who we want.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong, confident communication skills - both written and verbal, with a polished and persuasive phone manner.
- A natural networker and relationship builder, comfortable engaging with landlords, agents, and operators at all levels.
- Commercially minded, with good negotiation instincts and a genuine hunger to win and close deals.
- Excellent knowledge of London, or a demonstrable willingness to develop it quickly.
- Computer literate, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple instructions and priorities simultaneously.
- MRICS qualified or working towards qualification is advantageous but not essential.
